Terms of Service

TurfDoctor is a subscription service operated by Flecco Group (ABN to be confirmed), based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide AI-generated monthly lawn care prescriptions personalised to your grass type, suburb, soil conditions and season.

TurfDoctor subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Two plans are available: Prescription ($6.90/month) and Specialist ($12.90/month). All new subscriptions include a free 30-day trial. Your card is not charged until the trial period ends.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing period. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method each month until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. To cancel, email hello@turfdoctor.com.au with your account email address.

The lawn care recommendations provided by TurfDoctor are generated by artificial intelligence and are general in nature. They are not a substitute for professional agronomic advice. Always read product labels and follow manufacturer instructions before applying any fertiliser, pesticide, herbicide or other product to your lawn.

TurfDoctor does not hold a pesticide applicator licence or agronomic qualification. Recommendations are based on the information you provide and publicly available horticultural guidance for Perth conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, TurfDoctor and Flecco Group are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from:

• Acting on a prescription recommendation without reading product labels
• Applying products at incorrect rates or times
• Lawn damage resulting from unusual local conditions not captured in your profile
• Service interruptions or delays in prescription delivery

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable consumer guarantees.

All prescription content generated for your account is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute or resell prescription content without our written consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
