TurfDoctor is operated by Flecco Group, based in Perth, Western Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect only what is needed to provide the service:

• Contact information — your name and email address
• Location data — suburb, postcode and street number (used to look up local soil type, rainfall and reticulation schedules; your full address is never stored or shared)
• Lawn profile data — grass type, lawn size, irrigation type, shade coverage, soil type, known issues, goals and any notes you provide
• Capacity data — physical capability level and weekly time available for lawn care (used only to tailor recommendation complexity)
• Subscription and billing data — plan type and billing status (payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by TurfDoctor)

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Generate your personalised monthly lawn care prescription
• Deliver your prescription by email via Klaviyo
• Manage your subscription and billing via Stripe
• Respond to support enquiries

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than delivering the service.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate TurfDoctor. Each is used only for the stated purpose:

• Supabase (database, Sydney region) — stores your lawn profile and subscription record
• Stripe (payment processing) — handles all payment card data; TurfDoctor never sees or stores your card details
• Klaviyo (email delivery) — sends your monthly prescription and transactional emails; your email address is stored in Klaviyo as a subscriber
• Anthropic Claude (AI) — your lawn profile data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate prescription content; no data is retained by Anthropic beyond the API call
• Vercel (hosting) — serves the TurfDoctor website and API

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Your data is stored in Supabase's Sydney (Australia) data centre. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your profile and lawn data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for the period required by Australian tax law (generally 7 years).

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time

TurfDoctor uses only functional cookies required for the service to operate (e.g. session state). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
