Refund Policy

All new TurfDoctor subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@turfdoctor.com.au with your account email address, or by using the cancellation link in any subscription email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your account and prescriptions until that date.

Because TurfDoctor is a digital subscription service and prescriptions are delivered immediately at the start of each billing cycle, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once a charge has been made.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate charges due to a billing error
• A charge made after a cancellation request was submitted to us
• A significant service failure (e.g. prescription not delivered for a full billing period)

To request a refund under these circumstances, email hello@turfdoctor.com.au within 14 days of the charge.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide it.
